From Andy Shumway, President

Hi DAKCS family,

Thank you for your willingness to participate in the Reg F Roundtable discussions last week. We understand that the changes coming to our industry (and more specifically to your business) are important, even to the point of producing some anxiety. With this sense of urgency, you can expect a follow-up event within the next two weeks. This initial demo will be followed by regularly occurring demo-feedback iterations as we design, develop, and release solutions this year.

For those of you who have participated in our customer engagement groups for the Consumer Portal and DAKCS Predict, this type of engagement will be familiar. Early on, we will be demoing design ideas and prototypes. These will eventually progress into demos of working products that will be available for installation.

We need feedback throughout the entire process and will be cognizant of the following:

  • The earlier we can get feedback on design ideas, the better. We’re anticipating that the cadence for these feedback sessions will be about every two weeks.
  • Asynchronous feedback channels will be available. We realize that you have businesses to run and that you may not be able to attend every demo that we have scheduled. We will provide recordings and ways for you to comment and provide feedback, even if you can’t make it to a live demo. This will likely come in a channel similar to the Newsletter or the DAKCS Community group on LinkedIn.

We appreciate your continued partnership and look forward to working with you on this as the year unfolds.

Thank you!
